Shipping policy

Order Processing and Batch Fulfillment:

Because every Be Good Productions piece is handcrafted, individually serialized, and built in limited batches out of our Chattanooga workshop, fulfillment operates on an intentional schedule rather than mass-market automated warehousing.

Batch Ship Windows:

Orders placed during a limited batch drop ship out according to the specific dispatch window noted on the product page and your order confirmation

 Carrier & Tracking:

Once your serialized Butler is carefully boxed to protect its solid walnut, hickory, and brass components, you will receive an automated email confirmation with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship exclusively within the United States via insured ground carriers to ensure safe transit of your heirloom piece.
